Positive: Very large hotel. Large room and overall okay. The spa and indoor pool are just fine, the best part of the hotel. Parking is free but relatively very far from the elevators to the rooms, you have to walk a long way with luggage. The hotel seems to be much more suitable for business people.
Negative: Parking location in relation to elevators to rooms. Terrible smell of sewage in the room, we had to open a window. (We were tired of complaining and maybe changing rooms). Very poor WIFI in the room.

Negative: I am writing to share some disappointing experiences during my recent stay at your hotel, which I hope you will take as constructive feedback to improve guest satisfaction. 1. Reception Staff Training It appears that untrained or inexperienced staff are left to manage the front desk. When I asked about the spa pool and its temperature, the receptionist incorrectly informed me it was only 24°C and added that “this is why no guests would use it anyway.” This was not only inaccurate but also unprofessional. Upon checking myself, the pool was a comfortable ~29°C, as expected for an indoor spa pool. If staff do not know the answer to a guest’s question, it would be far better for them to politely check or admit they are unsure, rather than provide misleading or careless information. 2. In-room Amenities • A room booked for two adults was provided with only one bottle of water. This looks careless and undermines the guest experience for the sake of a negligible cost. • Considering the hotel promotes its spa, it was surprising that no slippers or bathrobes were provided in the room. These are standard amenities in hotels with wellness facilities, and their absence felt inconsistent with the advertised services. I strongly recommend improving staff training at reception and ensuring that in-room amenities match the standards your hotel presents. Such details can make a significant difference in how guests perceive their stay. Thank you for your attention, and I trust these issues will be addressed to enhance the experience of future guests.
